Just expressing my frustration at this! I can’t sit normally in a chair, because if my feet are on the ground, then my feet throb and burn. If I put my feet up, then the pressure on my heels is too much and the aching sets in.

Every day, going into work and at home is a constant battle of trying to get comfortable, and I never quite do. I’m at my wit’s end. I’m doing everything I can to lift my mood and focus on the positive, I listen to happy music, I try and avoid bad & sad news stories. The only time I can get mostly comfortable is lying down, with my feet on their sides, i.e. weight on the sides of my feet rather than my heels.

Today I hit an all time low, and did a bum slide down my stairs rather than walking down, as I just couldn’t bear it. I need a padded soundproof room that I can scream in!
