I am building the ultimate happy playlist, one of a few concrete steps I’m taking to try and turn my frame of mind around. Today I left home at 7am, got home after 7pm, and in 5 minutes have one more meeting. But!!! I am fairly positive because of my happy playlist. The other concrete steps are changing my diet and working very hard at talking to people about how I’m feeling, being less closed off. I hope everyone else is doing ok.
