Yesterday I stumbled on information about gastroparesis, something I’ve never heard of before. Apparently it sometimes goes along with CRPS. Anyone here have any experience with it? I have a lot of the symptoms associated with it and feeling a bit depressed about it all.

What is gastroparesis?

Also known as delayed gastric emptying, gastroparesis is a condition in which the passage of food from the stomach to the small intestine is slowed. As a result, food remains in the stomach for longer than normal, which can lead to nausea, vomiting, bloating, and stomach pain, among other symptoms.

I don’t actually remember asking about this. It is a condition commonly associated with CRPS. I do experience some nausea and stomach pain fairly regularly, but it isn’t debilitating and thankfully I hardly ever throw up.

As per the title of the post, I think I was experiencing some health anxiety.
